    承攬建筑工程、輸變電工程、環(huán)保工程、機(jī)電安裝工程、石油化工工程、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程、市政公用工程的防腐、保溫保冷節(jié)能等工程的施工。

    承攬各行業(yè)中：設(shè)備、管道絕熱、保護(hù)殼安裝工程，防水、壓力灌漿防滲堵漏工程，粘鋼、包鋼、碳纖維等結(jié)構(gòu)加固工程。

    針對(duì)酸、堿、鹽、高溫氧化劑等不同的腐蝕介質(zhì)環(huán)境，采取的玻璃鋼、橡膠板、化工陶瓷、耐酸瓷磚、防腐樹(shù)脂、膠泥、涂料、金屬?lài)娡康确栏�措施�?/span>

    本公司以“誠(chéng)信、創(chuàng)新”為理念，承包了很多大型尖端工程，如：西昌衛(wèi)星發(fā)射中心衛(wèi)星廠房高性能多功能整體防腐防靜電地坪工程，北京外國(guó)使館區(qū)熱力管網(wǎng)改造“復(fù)合保溫體系”絕熱工程，大連西太平洋新增原油罐區(qū)01#50000立方米油罐防腐保溫工程，黃島國(guó)家石油儲(chǔ)備基地工程100000立方米儲(chǔ)罐防腐工程等為優(yōu)質(zhì)工程或獲獎(jiǎng)工程。

    1、表面處理

        擁有動(dòng)力噴射、化學(xué)清洗等除銹設(shè)備（包括小口徑管道內(nèi)噴砂機(jī)），并有 拋丸生產(chǎn)線、噴砂除銹上砂傳送機(jī)大型先進(jìn)表面處理設(shè)備。

    2、涂裝工程

        防靜電、耐油、耐高溫、等各類(lèi)涂料的涂裝，擁有高效率高質(zhì)量的高壓無(wú)氣噴涂機(jī)、聚脲噴涂機(jī)、粉末噴涂機(jī)、啤酒發(fā)酵罐無(wú)毒涂料專(zhuān)用噴涂機(jī)、小管道內(nèi)噴涂機(jī)及等先進(jìn)噴設(shè)備。

    3、絕熱工程

        各類(lèi)管道、貯罐的保溫、保冷節(jié)能工程。

        聚氨酯泡沫塑料、泡沫玻璃、橡塑海綿、硅酸鋁鎂、玻璃棉、巖棉等所有新型、傳統(tǒng)材料的絕熱工程，以及復(fù)合材料的絕熱工程。

        pvc管殼（板）、鋁板、鍍鋅板、彩鋼板、玻璃鋼、抗裂麻刀灰、抗裂水泥砂漿保護(hù)殼的施工。

        在聚氨酯泡沫塑料絕熱方面，擁有美國(guó)進(jìn)口的聚氨酯發(fā)泡噴澆兩用機(jī)，電腦控制，自動(dòng)加溫，自動(dòng)攪拌，質(zhì)量可靠。

        在絕熱層保護(hù)殼安裝方面，擁有電動(dòng)的壓邊機(jī)、滾圓機(jī)、咬口機(jī)、聯(lián)合角 等所有金屬保護(hù)殼安裝的設(shè)備。

    4、有色金屬?lài)娡?/span>

        噴鋅、噴鋁等有色金屬?lài)娡�，我們擁有電腦控制的高效率的電弧線材噴槍?zhuān)�電弧噴涂涂層結(jié)合力達(dá) 15MPA 左右，涂層與金屬基體結(jié)合牢固，不脫落不起皮。

    5、橡膠板、玻璃鋼、耐酸瓷磚、化工陶瓷、花崗巖等鋪襯砌筑工程

        針對(duì)酸堿鹽等強(qiáng)腐蝕介質(zhì)的儲(chǔ)罐、儲(chǔ)池、儲(chǔ)槽等采取上述工藝的襯里工程。

        化工廠房地面、特殊廠房地面采用上述工藝的鋪砌工程。

    6、耐腐蝕耐磨防靜電防爆多功能地坪工程

        防靜電、防腐蝕、耐磨整體膠泥砂漿樹(shù)脂類(lèi)地坪和涂料自流平地坪等施工。NFJ抗暴、防靜電、不發(fā)火、耐磨地面和密封固化劑地面以及金剛石水泥砂漿耐磨地面的施工。擁有抹光機(jī)、銑刨機(jī)、切縫機(jī)等專(zhuān)業(yè)機(jī)具，我們施工的“西昌衛(wèi)星發(fā)射中心衛(wèi)星廠房防靜電地坪工程”獲科技成果一等獎(jiǎng)。

    7、結(jié)構(gòu)加固工程

        混凝土構(gòu)筑物年久失修強(qiáng)度降低，或增加荷載，需要加固。工程內(nèi)容包括粘鋼、包鋼、碳纖維、灌漿、植筋、墻體拆換、添加構(gòu)造柱等加固項(xiàng)目，可以在不停車(chē)的情況下施工，幾乎不增加建筑物的占有空間。

我公司的“鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)筑物粘鋼加固防腐施工新技術(shù)”獲科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)。

二十余年來(lái)，我們加固工業(yè)建筑民用建筑 500余座，受到了用戶(hù)的好評(píng)。

    8、防水防滲堵漏 

        各種防水、防滲堵漏的施工。在防滲堵漏方面，擁有大、中、小型壓力灌漿設(shè)備，在山洞隧道、煙氣脫硫水池、煙氣濕法脫硫煙囪、地下室、掩體山洞等均有施工，真正做到了一點(diǎn)不滲一滴不漏。

    9、食品、釀酒、醫(yī)藥等行業(yè)的無(wú)毒無(wú)害防腐工程

        承包在食品、釀酒、醫(yī)藥的行業(yè)采用經(jīng)過(guò)喂小白鼠無(wú)毒無(wú)害實(shí)驗(yàn)經(jīng)市級(jí)以上防疫鑒定證明的無(wú)毒無(wú)害涂料、膠泥的施工。有T-541 等高粘度需加溫噴涂的無(wú)毒無(wú)害涂料噴涂機(jī)。

    10、煙氣濕法脫硫項(xiàng)目的防腐蝕、絕熱工程

        煙氣脫硫項(xiàng)目的煙囪、脫硫塔、煙道、污水池等防腐工程。脫硫塔、煙道、循環(huán)水工藝管道等絕熱工程。

在煙囪、脫硫塔、煙道防腐工藝方面我們采用了脫硫脫硝耐酸防腐耐高溫砂漿膠泥、耐高溫玻璃鱗片膠泥、耐高溫涂料、泡沫玻璃磚襯里、�；�陶瓷磚襯里、澆筑防腐澆注料、金屬合金板內(nèi)襯等防腐蝕工藝。

擁有煙囪內(nèi)防腐自動(dòng)升降平臺(tái)，安全，提高了施工效率。

    11 、水工防腐蝕工程的施工

        水電站、江河大壩、城市供水等水工防腐加固項(xiàng)目

        我國(guó)的南水北調(diào)工程我們承包了新鄉(xiāng)和安陽(yáng)兩個(gè)標(biāo)段的防腐蝕工程，工程內(nèi)容有：管道內(nèi)壁無(wú)毒無(wú)害防腐涂料的施工和鋼管外壁冷纏帶防腐施工及PCCP管外壁環(huán)氧煤瀝青的防腐施工。

    12、其它方面承包的工程項(xiàng)目

        （1）、電化學(xué)保護(hù)工程；

        （2）、通訊設(shè)施的防火防腐工程；

        （3）、煤礦設(shè)施的防腐工程；

    13、供電局變電輸電防腐防火工程

        （1）、變電

        站內(nèi)安健環(huán)：道路及設(shè)備涂警戒線 ， 電纜通道、開(kāi)關(guān)柜進(jìn)出線處防火封堵，設(shè)備名稱(chēng)牌定制安裝等。

        站內(nèi)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)及設(shè)備外殼防腐、水泥桿加固。

        站內(nèi)地網(wǎng)改造。

        絕緣子防污閃。

        變電站綜合修繕等。

    （2）、輸電：

        鐵塔安裝；絕緣子及金具、導(dǎo)線更換；飛機(jī)巡視牌安裝；地下電纜防爆保護(hù)；鐵塔防腐等。

    （3）、低壓配網(wǎng)：

        臺(tái)區(qū)安裝及修理；低壓導(dǎo)線架設(shè)及更換等；用戶(hù)電表安裝等。
